The cloudnode.ro website is the property of CAMC NODE SRL, with its registered office in Constanta, registered at the Trade Register under No. J13 / 1179/2022, CUI 45942482. In the following, you will find a summary of the privacy policy, which can be read in full in the terms and conditions of the site.

 

Use of the site

This document sets out the conditions of access and use of the site by users. This document is the value of a distance agreement between Cloudnode.ro and users, with legal effect from the date of its acceptance by users. Use of this site implies acceptance of the terms and conditions by default. The terms and conditions may be changed unilaterally by Cloudnode.ro without notice, so it is the user’s responsibility to continually monitor the terms and conditions.

 

Online sales policy

The site can be used by any visitor who has reached the age of 18. The buyer can be sure that the purchase price of the products on the invoice will be the same as the one presented on the site at the time of placing the order. Cloudnode.ro may publish product information and promotions on the site within a certain period of time and within the limit of available stock. Some features or price of the products on the site may be changed by the seller without notice, or may contain operating errors. The presented prices are expressed in euro (E) and contain VAT. The price of the products is displayed on the product page and on the order page, along with the shipping cost. The price of the ordered products is paid at the time of placing the order, with the card through the payment processor approved by Cloudnode.ro, NETOPIA  PAYMENTS or upon receipt of the package, by cash on delivery to the authorized courier(DHL, UrgentCargus). A buyer’s payment card data will not be accessible to Cloudnode.ro, nor will it be stored by Cloudnode.ro or the on-site payment processor, but only by the transaction authorizing institution or other authorized entity services, of which the buyer will be informed each time before entering the data. In the case of online payments, the seller cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the buyer, as well as the currency conversion fees applied by the issuing bank of his card, if the issuance currency differs from EURO.

 

Online order

The user can place an order on the site by adding the desired product to the shopping cart, and will complete the order by making the payment in one of the indicated ways. Once added to the shopping cart, the product is available as long as it is in stock. Adding a product to your shopping cart without completing your order later does not mean placing an order or reserving the product. The user can place an order without creating a user account or by creating a user account. By creating and using the user account, the user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account data (username and password) and for accessing the account. By accepting the terms and conditions, the user gives his express consent for the processing of his personal data, according to this document. The price and payment method are indicated in each order. The seller will issue an invoice for the delivered products, the buyer being obliged to provide all the information necessary to issue the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force. By completing the order, the buyer agrees that all the data provided, necessary for the purchase process, are correct and complete at the time of placing the order. At the same time, the buyer agrees that Cloudnode.ro will contact him when necessary to complete the order. All information used to describe the products available on the site (eg. images) is used exclusively for presentation purposes and is not a contractual obligation on the part of the seller.
Refurbish products may have small traces of use, scratches, minor optical defects. Refurbish products are tested and verified and meet both aesthetic and functional quality standards.
The seller may cancel the order placed by the buyer, after notifying the buyer, without any further obligation, if the following situations occur:
-the bank issuing the buyer’s card did not accept the transaction;
-the card processor approved by CloudNode invalidates the transaction;
-the data provided by the buyer are incomplete and / or incorrect;
-If a product cannot be delivered by the seller, the seller will inform the buyer of this fact and will return to the buyer’s account the value of the product, within a maximum of 7 days from the date on which the seller became aware of this fact.
If the buyer requests withdrawal from the contract within the legal withdrawal period (15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the ordered product), the seller will refund the amount paid by the buyer until then within a maximum of 7 calendar days from receipt of return. Product delivery

The products will be delivered to the address mentioned by the buyer at the time of placing the order. The products ordered from Cloudnode.ro are delivered all over the Europe through a private courier company. The seller ensures the proper packaging of the products and the transmission of the necessary documents. The cost of transport is borne by the buyer. Warranty

The operating system installed on cloudnode.ro hardware devices (UBUNTU)comes with absolutly no warranty.
After you receive the device from CAMC NODE SRL it is mandatory that you change both wallets from config file inside mvp-pox-node folder with your own wallets. Store them safely and do not share the private keys with nobody CAMC NODE SRL is not responsible for the software installed, loss of data and digital assets such as cryptocurency and tokens.

 

It is mandatory to change password from operating system, procedure can be found on cloudenode.ro in the ETHERNITY CLOUD Node Wallet Change Guide.

 

The products on the Cloudnode.ro website comply with all quality and safety standards in force, these being purchased only from authorized suppliers. Cloudnode.ro is not responsible for altering the products during transport. However, if the package arrives in your improper condition, please contact us to resolve any issues. Warranty services are provided by the supplier of the products, through Cloudnode.ro. It is certified that the customer is guaranteed for free repairs up to 1 years for open box products and up to 1 year for refurbished products from the date of purchase against assembly/manufacturing faults. This guarantee is invalid under the following circumstances.If the appliances are not used in accordance with the operational manual supplied by the company or any misuse.
If the unit is damaged after a fall or a shock.
If dismantled or tampered with anyway.
Any fault occurred due to the incorrect power supply.Under no circumstances, does the guarantee cover consequential damages.
No charge will be made for parts or labour involved: Only transport charges shall be paid by the consumer/buyer.
The guarantee covers free replacement of parts ONCE only during guarantee period stated in terms and conditions from the date of purchase.

The device is considered defective if it fails to perform the functions as indicated in the operation manuals, technical
specifications or any other similar documents supplied with the equipment, and the failure is due to internal device
characteristics.
The Guarantor shall not be held responsible for the loss and restoration of any software or data.
a. Immediately and effectively notify Guarantor about determined device’s defects and cease any using of it.
b. The marked device along with copy of commercial invoice should be delivered to the Guarantor Service
Center.
c. The serial number of The delivered defective device must match the serial number sold to Customer.
d. The Guarantor Service Center should be notified in writing of any additional accessories installed in the
device.
e. The device should be delivered together with a detailed and readable description of the technical problem.
f. The delivered device should have intact seals with production date or serial numbers of the Guarantor or the
Manufacturer and should be appropriately packaged during its loading, transportation and unloading.
g. The shipment to the Guarantor Service Center must be arranged and paid by the Customer.
