Delivery and Return
The cloudnode.ro website is the property of CAMC NODE SRL, with its registered office in Constanta, registered at the Trade Register under No. J13 / 1179/2022, CUI 45942482. In the following, you will find a summary of the delivery and return policy.
1. DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. The products are delivered only in the countries of the European Union (EU) through the DHL courier company and in Romania through the UrgentCargus courier company.
2. SHIPPING COST
For Romania through the UrgentCargus courier company – free shippment. For other EU countries the shipping cost is calculated on the order page, before making the payment and may depend on the delivery address.
3. DAMAGES
The Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. All returned items must be in the same condition as received , with all original accesories tags and labels attached.
4. RETURNS (refunds and exchanges)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. You have 14 days to return or exchange an item with a valid receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your receive date, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in the same condition as received , with all original accesories tags and labels attached. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. If you have any issue you can ask a Return AWB from us and we will arrange mailing.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund . Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund .
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
5. RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, contact us by using the contact form on the official website, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your invoice received upon delivery, and mail your return to the following address:
